The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

All BLOV dispute complaints older than 24 hours from the time of the service being availed will not be entertained. The BLOV customer/Users must provide proof of service as required to register any dispute.
In the case of Online Payment or Pre-Payment, the Full amount will be refunded(excluding the transaction charge of 2%) if the cancellation is done before 6 hours of the scheduled service. No refund will be given in case of cancellation within 6 hours of the scheduled service.
BLOV accesses your Google accounts which auto-fills your email/phone number in the Sign-Up and Login forms. This information is used for logging in and Sign Up and calling by BLOV Customer Care and Stylist.
End-moment service changes or cancellations might incur conveyance charges of up to Rs. 500.
