The terms and conditions explain the nature and scope of “BLOV SALON SERVICES LLP” herein referred to as “BLOV” (as owner and management for the Service) and Users/Customers of BLOV. The terms and conditions cover service usage, rules of usage, limitations and exclusions on the liability of BLOV.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN BLOV.in (BLOV – Doorstep salon) AND YOU WHICH GOVERNS YOUR USE OF SERVICES. YOUR USE OF SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND YOUR REPRESENTATION THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. IF YOU OBJECT TO ANYTHING IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE SERVICES.
These services are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the Services, or any portion of them, may result in service civil and criminal penalties and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under the law. The services are licensed, not sold.
  1. DEFINITIONS
    In these terms and conditions, unless the context specifies otherwise:
    • “BLOV” shall mean BLOV SALON SERVICES LLP” LLP Identification Number is (LLPIN)ABA-5849. Its Email address is HI@BLOV.IN and its registered address is 3/7, SECOND FLOOR, RISE COMPLEX AND BANQUET HALL, PLOT NO.100 and 101, BANDHA ROAD, FAIZULLAGANJ LUCKNOW Lucknow UP 226020 IN and such expression shall unless it is repugnant to the subject or context thereof, include its successors, assigns, representatives and transferees.
    • “The Doorstep Salon” means a program designed for its customers by BLOV where the customers enjoy the salon in the comfort of their respective homes.
    • “BLOV Customer/User” means a BLOV customer, who is registered as a Customer/user of BLOV holding a unique user ID on the mobile App/Website of BLOV. Registration to the program is governed by these rules set by BLOV for this program which are subject to change.
    • “Program” means the service, managed and operated by BLOV through its Beautician Partners offering benefits, facilities or arrangements of Salon at home to its registered users/customers.
    • “Working Days” means the period from Monday to Saturday. Timings are from 9.00 am to 8:30 pm only.
  2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
    • The BLOV Users/customers agree that by using the Mobile Application of BLOV and by using the website at www.BLOV.in post login, the customer he/she is deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions of the Program and confirms that he/she is bound by these terms and conditions and any changes to it from time to time and such other terms as specified from BLOV from time to time. You authorize us to call/sms/email you in future for products and promotions
    • Registration into the BLOV Program/Service is voluntary, and open to all natural persons above the age of 18 (except only where the Partner Program is otherwise) with a correct mailing address in India.
    • BLOV provides service for both Ladies & Gentlemen. We don’t do cross-gender service. i.e. Only Male to Male and Female to Female services.
    • The entire responsibility is on the customer booking the service and the residence owner to ensure that the female therapists/beauticians visiting their premises are professionally respected and their personal, physical or emotional safety is not breached under any circumstances. Any deliberate abuse of the therapist’s/beautician’s personal and emotional safety will result in the criminal prosecution of the customer in the jurisdiction of the local court.
    • BLOV reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on www.BLOV.in Users’ continued usage of BLOV mobile app/ Website www.BLOV.in holding of the BLOV Account following the posting of changes on www.BLOV.in will indicate their acceptance of changes.
    • BLOV Account is valid for lifetime post registration unless terminated per these terms and conditions.
    • BLOV customers will be personally liable for all costs, taxes, charges, claims or liabilities of whatever nature arising from the provision or availability of benefits, facilities or arrangements provided or made available to the customers, by BLOV.
    • The BLOV account of the customers at all times remains the property of BLOV, which reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion and without giving notice to such users to deactivate their accounts.
    • BLOV shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from a service provider or the product sold by the service provider.
    • The Program on the BLOV Application and the Website may be modified at the sole discretion of BLOV from time to time without intimation to the BLOV customers/users.
    • If there are any changes in the contact details (mobile number/ email id/ address) of a BLOV customer/user from what has been registered with BLOV, the users must update the respective contact details immediately either through the website, mobile app, contact centre or any other channels to avoid any misuse of customer’s BLOV Account. BLOV shall not be liable for any loss or other relevant damages incurred by the customers/ users if necessary details are not updated with BLOV on time.
    • All BLOV dispute complaints older than 24 hours from the time of the service being availed will not be entertained. The BLOV customer/Users must provide proof of service availed as required to register any dispute.
    • Each provision of the Terms is independent of each other. If any provision of the Terms is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms, which shall remain valid and enforceable.
    • End-moment service changes or cancellations might incur conveyance charges of up to Rs. 500.
    • BLOV has the right to change your Stylist at the end moment. This might happen due to any emergency or health issue with the already assigned Stylist. In case of no Stylist availability in your location due to a health issue of the Stylist or any other emergency, BLOV also has the right to cancel your booking at any point in time which includes at the end moment due to any circumstances or in case of any emergency.
    • In the case of Online Payment or Pre-Payment, the Full amount will be refunded(excluding the transaction charge of 2%) if the cancellation is done before 6 hours of the scheduled service. No refund will be given in case of cancellation within 6 hours of the scheduled service.
    • BLOV accesses your Google accounts which auto-fills your email/phone number in the Sign-Up and Login forms. This information is used for Login and Sign Up and calling by BLOV Customer Care and Stylist.
  3. WARRANTIES / GUARANTEE
    • All warranties and guarantees on the BLOV services are the sole responsibility of the Service Provider/Seller(s) (except in some cases where the warranty or guarantee may be from the manufacturer(s)) providing the Beautician Service. BLOV shall not be liable or responsible for any defect or deficiency in the products used and services provided by the beauticians whatsoever. The user has to inform BLOV about any allergy towards a particular product so that the BLOV team can provide an alternative product to the User. In case of any reaction or side effect caused due to the product which was not informed by the user to the BLOV team’, the BLOV will not be responsible at all for the same. All guarantees and warranties on the BLOV shall be transferred as is from the manufacturer or the Service provider/Seller(s). While booking any chemical treatment like hair rebonding
    • There might be slight itching and rashes after the service especially in waxing and chemical treatment depending on your skin sensitivity of the skin. The BLOV will not be responsible for any further chemical reaction in case you consult and take any Doctor’s medication due to a chemical reaction.
    • BLOV Users must contact the respective Seller(s) / Manufacturer (in case of manufacturer warranty) in the event of any defect or deficiency in the Service or product. In such an event, BLOV will purely act as a complaint-routing agent. BLOV will not be liable or responsible for the products and services offered through the Partner Beauticians or other service providers and BLOV gives no warranty or representation either express or implied concerning the type, quality or fitness of goods acquired or their suitability for any purpose provided by the Supplier under this Program, whatsoever.
  4. INDEMNIFICATION
    • Customer/user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold BLOV, its affiliates, successors, assigns and licensors, franchisees or sub-franchisees, any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, licensors, representatives, advertisers, service providers and suppliers harmless from and against any claims, actions, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), resulting from any breach or violation of Terms by you, or due to your activities related to the BLOV Service, whether by use of User Account or otherwise.
  5. APPLICABLE LAWS
    • These Terms contain the entire understanding and agreement between User and BLOV and supersede all prior or inconsistent understandings relating to BLOV Service and your use of BLOV Service. Terms cannot be changed or terminated orally. Any provision which must survive to allow us to enforce its meaning shall survive the termination of Terms. Terms and your use of BLOV Service are governed by, construed and enforced by the laws of India applicable to contracts made, executed and wholly performed on the BLOV Service, and, for any legal or equitable actions, you specifically agree and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the local Courts of your City and State in India and you will not object to such jurisdiction or venue on the grounds of lack of personal jurisdiction or otherwise.
    • We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
  6. PAYMENT
    • We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
    • Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
    • PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

  7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
    • In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
    • However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
    • For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
    • In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
    • Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

    • When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
  8. DISCLAIMER
    • BLOV is a connector between the service provider and the customer. Though there is a thorough background check and screening done on our partner beauticians and therapists. BLOV does not take any responsibility concerning the behaviour, actions or conduct of the beautician/therapists towards the customer. The customer/user should take care of their belongings and valuables during the visit of the beauticians/therapists. BLOV will not be responsible for any loss or damage of valuables of Customers during or post visits of the beauticians/therapists booked through BLOV.
    • The BLOV service and all contents, materials and postings are without any representation or warranty of any kind.
    • You understand the BLOV Service and agree to the fullest extent that their successors and assigns, or any of their affiliates or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, operational service providers, advertisers or suppliers shall not be liable for any loss or damage, of any kind, direct or indirect, in connection with or arising from the use of the BLOV service or this terms of use, including, but not limited to compensatory, consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages.
    • Acceptance of the booking amount is neither a commitment nor a guarantee by BLOV to mandatorily provide a beautician/therapist for the services.
    • BLOV is neither responsible nor liable for ensuring the quality of the products and services provided by the beauticians/therapists. Any need for legal arbitration or proceedings which arise out of the service or the purchase of the products from the beautician/therapist is to be settled between the customer and the service provider without our involvement. In case of accidents like the steamer water spells on her body, wax is too hot, the client’s face getting burned or anything wrong with the client’s skin and place then in that case Beautician will be responsible and BLOV will not be responsible for any circumstance.
